Brand Identity for Legal & General’s new £132 million 500 homes + Southampton property development.
The development surrounds the medieval Town Walls dating from 1180.
Demonstrate the desirability of the location Proximity to the best that Southampton has to offer.
Audience Post grads, International students, Young professionals, Mid 20s - 40s
Objective
Emphasise the significance of the development - Part of a major regeneration initiative in the very centre of the city.
Transforming and bringing life back to this part of the Old Town.
Honour the heritage
The concept takes inspiration from the past heritage of the Bargate and Southampton City Walls, as well as the future extensive modern redevelopment and transformation of the area.

the positive attitude of local residents

- Landscaping near the Old Town Wall
- Postion with access to the city centre and the harbour
